Job Description
The job holder is responsible to support the record-keeping role in the system in receiving, storing, recording, issuing, or handling materials and purchased items for the Department and ensuring the optimal utilization of resources, the efficiency of the organization of the store.
The job holder is responsible to do an elementary refill and get out items stored within the warehouse, ordering issues, records tracking or other issues provided by the Team Leader to fulfill the work.
❖ Warehouse operation coordination
- Performs stock-taking duties in order to keep a record of the stock or inventory levels and note order requirements.
- Perform stock storing by doing routing the new items purchased, returned, or used in the reserved shelf, row, or location for such item.
- Monitor expiry dates of items by adhering to the implemented storing and disbursing criteria; LIFO, FIFO…etc.
- Monitors the stock of spare parts available and consults with inventory records to ensure the accommodation of the items when needed.
- Maintains organization of the store and ensures all materials are placed in the appropriate areas in order to facilitate location and use of materials.
- Undertakes the proper handling or packaging of items and or parts prior to shipping them or transferring them to other destinations.
- Monitors the quality of materials and reports any issues to the related quality officers or inspectors.
- Ensures store is always clean and neat to maintain organization, safety, and efficiency of activities.
- Guarantees the health and safety of all in-store activities, such as moving or handling materials and or equipments, and observes all health & safety procedures as delineated by CFC top management.
- Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets, and other reports required from time to time to the higher-level managers and supervisors, as appropriate.
❖ Internal Coordination
To supervise, monitor, and coordinate the Department/project plan with all the concerned parties in ensuring the timing, quality and efficiency of processing and operations carried out through the respective area.
❖ Monitoring and Reporting
To report in advance about unexpected problems regarding any criteria of the resources that serve the fulfillment of proposed goals.
❖ Feedback
Provide feedback to all internal and external stakeholders about works status.

Diploma or Equivelant
❖ Minimum Experience
Experience of more than 2 years in Related Field
❖ Other requirements
Able to work under pressure and deliver results in time.
Proficient in Time Management Techniques.
