1. Job Details:

- Job Title: Product Manager

- Reports to: AVP Marketing

2.  Job Purpose:
Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for [Specific Financial Service] and contribute to the overall success of the Marketing department. Leverage your deep understanding of financial services, market trends, and customer needs to create innovative, user-centric solutions that achieve business objectives and delight customers.

3. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and define the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business goals.
- Product Development & Management:
 Manage the entire product development process ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Customer Focus & Advocacy:
Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user research, and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, finance, technology, and other teams to ensure smooth product development.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and optimize features based on user behavior.
- Competitive Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to proactively adapt the product strategy.
- Communication & Presentation:
Present product vision, strategy, and results to stakeholders effectively.

4. Communication & Working Relationships

- Internal:
Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology teams.
- External:
Clients and stakeholders.

5. Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualification:
bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
3+ years in product management within the financial services industry.
Other Requirements:
- Proven track record in launching and managing financial products.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and agile development methodologies (desired).
