Summary:
We are seeking a Tele Sales Representative to join our team in the financial services field in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our financial products and services, and closing sales deals.

Job Responsibility:
- Contact potential customers through cold calls and follow-up calls to present our financial services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend the most suitable financial products.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Tele Sales Representative or similar role in the financial services field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to work well in a team and achieve targets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
