Senior Buyer - Saudi only

•  Responsible managing following commodities ; Information and Communication Technology (ICT) commodity and related Services and Marketing Communication (Marcom) including Public Relations (PR) commodity and related services.
•  Prepare annual plan for the responsible commodities for the Group by applying Commodity Strategy.

      Leading the sourcing & negotiation processes for relevant commodities and provide souring recommendation. Establish strategic relationship with key suppliers to be able to take proactive action such a proper follow up with relevant stakeholders and support the necessary action towards their procurement requests or on-going projects/operation.

   Reviews bid proposals and offer to make recommendations for best decisions and most cost effective solutions, recommend sourcing decision to the Sourcing Committee while ensuring timeliness and efficiency of activities.

   Lead Supplier evaluations by coordinating with different departments or function to obtain accurate, information of deliveries, quality of merchandise and services delivered. Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of issue and take corrective action.

   Collects procurement requests from each department and prepare and obtain sourcing approval for each request then prepare and issue purchase order to include complete specifications and all terms and conditions in the interest of Almajdouie

   Coordinates with different departments to obtain complaints regarding accepting of deliveries, quality of merchandise and accuracy and condition then assess shortcomings of vendor. Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of issue and take corrective action.

     Studying market (locally, regionally and internationally) and understand Almajdouie needs and capacity to be able to develop market knowledge of new products and services and gain A strategic leverage for relevant commodities to benefit from the volume wise for appropriate sourcing points in order to satisfy the procurement needs of Almajdouie needs and high rate of cost reduction.

   Organizes database/records of vendors contact details, price lists Follows procedures of reporting on performance, and monthly review meeting for all projects; running projects, on coming, and finished projects and other reports required from time to time to the direct manager.to be able to use that data for sourcing tasks.

  Fluency in Arabic and English; reading, writing, and speaking.

 The ability to work in loaded environment.

 Total Experience in Business Process & Procurement or related fields more than 4 years.

 Past Designation related to Strategy & Planning.
